"Robert Motherwell designed 1965 one of the posters for the big serie of the cultural journal 'Paris Review' in New York. He created one of the abtract and clear forms, which can be found also mysteriously in his paintings. The title of the journal is added like a sticker.
It is one of the earliest abstract posters in the USA." (Döring p. 50)
